Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using VM Power Construction & Remodelling's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services

VM Power Construction & Remodelling provides the following services:

• Kitchen Remodeling
• Bathroom Renovation
• Home Additions
• Basement Finishing
• Custom Home Design & Build
• Commercial Construction

3. Project Estimates and Contracts

All project estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. A formal contract will be required before commencing any work. The contract will include:

• Detailed scope of work
• Project timeline
• Payment schedule
• Warranty information
• Change order procedures

4. Payment Terms

Our standard payment terms are as follows:

• Initial deposit: 30% upon contract signing
• Progress payments: 30% at predetermined milestones
• Final payment: 40% upon project completion

All payments must be made in accordance with the payment schedule outlined in your contract.

5. Warranties

We provide warranties on our workmanship and materials as follows:

• Workmanship warranty: 2 years
• Manufacturer warranties: Varies by product
• Structural warranty: 10 years

6. Change Orders

Any changes to the original scope of work must be documented in writing and signed by both parties. Change orders may affect the project timeline and cost.

7. Insurance and Licensing

We maintain the following insurance coverage:

• General Liability Insurance
• Workers' Compensation Insurance
• Commercial Auto Insurance

We are licensed contractors in Pennsylvania (PA 158550) and New Jersey (NJ 13VH11744800).

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through:

1. Direct negotiation
2. Mediation
3. Arbitration (if necessary)
